Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery of your order. Product must be received by Allevita LLC within 15 days of refund request. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of Allevita LLC receipt of product. Maximum 1 refund allowed per customer. Our refund policy is subject to change at any time.
